"Diana with the James buss office is literally the best help I have ever gotten from a customer standpoint. She went so far above and beyond. I had a very weird and confusing situation. She found the root of the problem and handled it with ease. Using amazing communication the whole time it felt like I was almost talking to a friend she made me feel very comfortable as a customer during a troubled time. I even first called on a Friday around 3pm and she offered to even work from home during the weekend to help me out. There is absolutely no reason she should have done that, she deserves the utmost recognition and appreciation. 100/10! 5 stars! Absolutely amazing!"
